If NIL/Portal truly works, then Texas should have the best team and win the Natty.
Except OSU has a much easier schedule to get there.

The conference crap was started by SEC fans. And you guys drove it into the ground for 15 years. But now the sport has changed and most of you can’t handle other teams winning. It’s good for the sport to have teams from all regions of the country winning Natties. The last decade it’s been teams in Georgia, Alabama, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Louisiana, and South Carolina. That’s very healthy for the sport. We really need Oregon or USC to win one and Texas or A&M. Miami probably breaks thru at some point soon. Penn State would be fun too. We need a healthy competitive sport.

The thing about a 9 game conf schedule is that there is one more loss for half the conference. It is a guaranteed loss for half the conference. Muh math…..
