Why would anyone think that uga players dont have to be paid but lsu does have to pay ?

We have won more than uga and more first round picks or at least the same amount .

You’re either incredibly naive, incredibly stupid, or both if you believe what you posted. To date, LSU football has never been on significant probation for improper benefits. The only thing bordering on that involved Akiem Hicks in 2012. He was put up in an apartment for a couple weeks while he was waiting on the clearinghouse. The coach involved was fired and Hicks never played a down. LSU self-reported and got a slap on the wrist. LSU kicked off a Heisman trophy finalist a month before the season. LSU kicked off their starting QB in 2008 over the summer. If you honestly believe UGA doesn’t play the same games with signing kids, sweeping shite under the rug, etc., you’re a moron. LSU and Auburn don’t need to cheat anymore than UGA does and they don’t. We all do it. It’s just a matter of time before someone slips up and gets caught. Alabama found that out about 20 years ago. USC found out in the late 2000s. And if those schools were participating in the dirty side of recruiting, you can bet your arse Georgia is too. And if they weren’t, they wouldn’t be signing good players. They don’t have the prestige or the hardware to “not need to”

Alabama doesn't have to pay.

Why would top destinations have to pay? There is so much being offered legally. If they come to Alabama they will get top coach staff, practice against the best, etc. And all the top schools go crazy with the facilities now.

But hookups and shite are going to happen anywhere. It's a violation for obvious reasons, but I consider it to be like speeding tickets. Paying an recruit to come to your school is what I consider cheating.

So some guy got a $100 handshake or whatever hookup - don't care. I'm sure they get lots of hookups. And yes family members are likely going to find jobs easier among fans of that team if it's known. If someone a parent of your school is looking for a job, you'd hire them most likely in large part because of that. Maybe get inside information, feel closer to things, etc. That's just the way people are. Going to happen at any and every school in the country.

Remove cheating completely. What schools are the recruits going to choose? It will largely be the same. It's the schools that don't really have the same to offer as others when cheating most likely happens.
