Don't act like Lsu had anything to do with Florida missing the playoffs. After the A&M loss, their only shot was beating Bama in the title game. You're "win" was irrelevant.

I don’t get the burn. Pitts is arguably the greatest TE prospect of all time. He’s so good a team they are saying could trade up and pay multiple firsts FOR A TE!

This is about florida not Pitts.
Pitts wanted to play against LSU.
Mullen and Florida effed up.
And yes, the LSU game cost them the playoffs.
I wish nothing but the best for Pitts and he will most likely be drafted before Chase.
And will be a star in the NFL

Ok I understand a little better. Still a weird melt though after all these months. I guess Pro Days and threads have brought the emotions back.

If 8-1 wasn't making the playoffs then why would 9-2 with a head to head loss to the 8-1 team make the playoffs?

Of course, but the result of the Lsu game had no effect on the result of the Bama one. Florida likely leapfrogs A&M and Notre Dame if they win the SEC making the Lsu result meaningless.
