Texas fans suck and are very arrogant.

Texas is A&M with a superiority complex cause they beat shitty SWC teams more often before integration.

I think both fanbases are pretty arrogant considering their accomplishments.

season texas fans are like this every year. Eventually you get used to it. It seems annoying at first but the payoff for when they implode which they always do is nice

Agreed. I live next to Austin in Dripping Springs. Have plenty of horn buddies and spend a lot of time in Austin while I was going to A&M. Back then, Austin rocked...early 90s.

Anyway, they have insane fan support and of course $$$ to throw. However, OU statement is valid.

Their fan base tends to be very soft. When things are going well, they are as good as anyone else. However, when things go bad....fans revolt...boo their own coaches...and stop showing up.

This is the one thing that makes me very proud as a Aggie. We will ALWAYS support our teams. And yes, some season we suck arse and disappoint...go ask Jimbo...but we still pack stadiums.

Per CDC, Texas hopes to build a baseball program with a similar committed fan base as A&M. Good luck with that...

Watched Horizon yesterday. Sips are like that younger brother from that mountain family in the movie. Don’t want to spoil anything.

Everyone that watched will be like, yep when they see it.

When you see Quinn Ewers say 'Texas is everyone's Super Bowl ' or whatever it's because every team gets up to play Texas for whatever reason. You see it reflected in the thread topics just like this on Texas non-stop here as proof within the fanbases. Is is because of a state inferiority complex? Is it because so many teams are fighting over in-state Texas talent? Is it because Texas is the richest school in the country outside of Harvard University? All the above? Texas living rent-free in people's head is an understatement.

You know

Maybe they do.

But it’s not bc you are a great football program anytime recently.

Its not bc they respect or fear your football program.

They get up bc of your arrogant fanbase and players making comments like this one.
