I doubt this really happened, but as a whole, thUGA fans, on gameday, are the absolute worst. Just a flaming trash pile of humanity.

I replied with that’s cute and I reminded him about 1980. I don’t know how grown arse man can bark at another human especially an LSU fan after we whoop their puppy asses the last two years. I used to like Georgia fans before Kirby took over. They are Texas A&M fans on steroids who hasn’t won shite.

Good thing you didn't have your treasured Gerry Dinardo autographed hat on...it likely would've caught fire....

For 99.9% of the fans who visit Athens on game days they enjoy their time with UGA fans tailgating. There are some incidents just like everywhere else unfortunately. But for the others who have a bad experience, it's usually due to them acting like complete asshats and if you have a bad experience in Athens then it's on you most of our fans will share their tailgates with you.

Yeah, they tend to do that. I have to admit it was a lot easier to laugh off when they weren't beating UF.

I can see the equivalency argument here.

Yeah. Sure. So you want to say you had a UGA fan bark at you and your first reaction was the remind him of 1980?

There isn't a LSU fan alive whose first reaction wouldn't be to talk about Burrow and 2019.

I don't know...as much space as UGA has rent free in the mind of the typical LSU fan, for whatever reason, I think it is entirely possible they would forget about last season to point out how much UGA underachieves....it isn't unusual for people who rightfully suffer from an inferiority complex as people from Louisiana do to be far more concerned with the accomplishment of others than proud of what they have accomplished themselves.

I believe him because I have had it done to me too!

I live in GA and posted on here last football season that a Dawg fan barked at me while I was at grocery store and no one believed me either.

Facts!

It is entirely possible that the two of you happened upon the same poor soul with some kind of turrets syndrome that manifests itself in the form of common animal noises and not profanity. Given that UGA has free reign, rent free, in the minds of both Alabama and LSU fans in general, it is entirely possible that anytime you hear anything closely resembling the bark of a dog UGA immediately comes to mind. You could be suffering from UGADS....UGA Derangement Syndrome....

It's funny Georgia fans bring this up. Auburn has beat Georgia plenty of times. It's literally been two decades and you are only ahead in the series by 3 or 4 wins. Yeesh buddy, that's pretty sad.

This is pretty sad for Auburn. When I was a kid, I thought we could never get the series lead from Auburn or Tennessee and would lose it to Florida.

I suspect it happens as often as Florida fans slapping their hands in our faces. It probably happens but not nearly as often as people like to claim. Both would be extremely annoying to the other fan base, which is why some people do it.

The barking happens, but not nearly as often as some dude in a Bama shirt from Walmart going completely out of his way to yell Row Tahd. I live in VA now, and the shite still happens frequently.

Touche...but....how does that equate to this post by you?
UG hasn't bit anything of substance since 1980.

Since we have beaten Florida the last three years in a row, then that kinda says Florida is not anything of substance. hey, it was your comment. Either own it or disown it. your choice.

4 is a big lead in the series historically....generally speaking throughout the history of the series the score differential has rarely topped a TD in the overall points scored. Considering a tradition of 124 years (?) the series is about as close as one can get.
