The best Bama basketball team in their history, and now they are going to most likely lose their coach and best player.

Now momma. I know Saban has something good going on down there and he’s a solid guy but man. Have you seen what’s going on with their basketball program? Weapons being passed around and cars getting shot up.

Do you really want your son staying in the athletic dorms and gathering in the same places as those guys?

How is the NCAA gonna feel about Miller and all the heat around this being the poster child for its cash cow called March Madness? Won’t be a good look for, them. If Bama doesn’t cave, but they will, Oats and company can expect a Colonoscopy from NCAA investigators
Now you know better than this.

It somehow was hidden you dumbass. You think that all of a sudden it’s on every headline because a cop said something about it today but it was known all along. Makes sense. Your team is a bunch of murdering thugs.

You said he should be disciplined by the school. Im curious as to what you think his punishment should be.

Oh I know where you’re going with this.

Let me put it this way chump, the difference between me and you is I’d rather that young woman be alive that for my team to win a regular season conference championship.

Seems my comment about your lack of a moral compass was spot on.

I’ll ask a third time because I’m genuinely curious. What do you think the University of Alabama should do right now? Should they kick him off the team? Suspend him for the rest of the season? Expel him from the school?

You said that players can still be disciplined even if they didn’t commit a crime (which I will agree with). So I ask you again: what would your impeccable moral compass do in this situation?

At a bare minimum, he should’ve been suspended for several games back when this first happened.

Being suspended for the rest of the season would be even more appropriate.

Tuscaloosa Police could have possibly charged Miller with accessory to murder, which is “helping or assisting a perpetrator before or after the commission of a murder,” according to general state laws.

An accessory before the fact “is a person who aids another before that person commits a felony.”

If Miller does not bring Miles’ gun to Miles, who gave it to Davis, there is a good chance Jamea Jonae Harris is alive today. If Miles requested the gun for self-defense, and Miller didn’t bring it to him, maybe Miles and Davis would have left the bar and gone home.

Alabama is about to experience WAY more scrutiny than they probably ever have.

Just wait.

And you can throw your red herring out as many times as you like, but it doesn’t mean I’m going to respond with anything but, doing nothing is inadequate, inappropriate and immoral.

I hope that Capt in your handle means something other than military, law enforcement or fire service because you lack the character.

My handle is actually inspired by a clown who owned a gas station, and was a member of a cult of serial killers named after Groucho Marx characters.

This whole story is incredible.

The fact that Gumps thought a dude, who was a prominent member of their program the last 2-3 years, was just going to MURDER someone and they’d just cruise to the final 4/natty is unreal hubris.

I love this shite. Oats is a fricking small time clown. Everyone has called it for years.
