Depends on the policy. I have a whole life policy that I had to answer that question for. I’ve got a substantial term life policy through my employer that didn’t ask a single health question. I was worried about that too.

I've never smoked a cigar after an Alabama win.
I don't remember anyone doing it when I was younger, but I'm guessing some must have. But overall, it seems like the fan base doing it is a fairly recent thing.
I quit smoking about 12 years ago, so I won't touch them these days anyway.

The cigar has been a part of the UT-Bama tradition for decades. It has lost its luster since Bama has the winning streak.
