Last time I checked, SEC income has gone up exponentially since Texas became an SEC state and the conference gained the momentum to launch a network.
oklahome has probably < 10% of the cable subscribers as Texas.
Besides that, adding OU would pull down the SEC academic reputation.
As a fan I can assure you that in November the only thing between that shithole Norman OK, and the north pole is a barbed wire fence.
