Cautiously optimistic about this one. We need it.

UF @ Auburn and LSU @ Ole Miss are at 6:00 and 6:30, which kinda sucks.

It'll be a chess match between Lebby and Clayton White. It should be an excellent watch for ball knowers. (as long as carolina wins! )

Multicast when working is the way. Also muting Beth Mowens and synchronizing the television with your team’s radio guy is next level. I use The Varsity app for audio.

SC is a slight favorite, but Miss St looked solid in all phases of the game up north.

I’m anxious to too miss st go against a fellow sec undefeated and see if they can jump the small hurdles before the bigger ones.

They literally have the perfect escalating schedule.

La Monroe
Minnesota
UscE
Missouri
Bama
Bye
Lsu

Big time year for them I hope they make it to Oct u defeated

It's not hyperbole to say that State at home is the biggest game of Beamer's career thus far.

Zero shade against State. They look good and have plenty if talent. But Beamer has 3 years' head start on a rebuild, and has shown flashes here and there of being a good coach. But he hasn't put it together. This is a game that, realistically, he can and needs to win. Home crowd, new OC that finally appears to know how to use talent. Stocked roster at most positions. If he can't do it on Saturday, he ain't never gonna do it, and Donati will be starting to work the phones.

He was given a mulligan last year, because Mike Shula was in way over his head. Beamer should have known that. That he didn't, is painfully concerning. But, this is the best staff he's had, now in '26. Needs to make it happen.

What worries me is that bye-week advantage y'all enjoy before LSU

And nobody but SC fans have seen them play beyond the limited highlights....

100%. And in the factor that nobody is considering I've watched and listened to Shane's media availability with the exception of last night's call in show. He has been VERY salty, uncharacteristically so, in every interview I've watched. I'm sure the coaches lit in the the guys this week in practice.

I understand the Hype MSU is getting but also feel like the gamecocks are Butch in Pulp Fiction...

I am going to have to make it a point to watch State. I haven't had a chance to see this QB play yet.

Eh, USCe has never bothered me. I don't like SCAR, though.

Yeah, I think it’s fair to say SC needs this one more. State could really use a win but I think it’s more about finding a way to at least split SC and Mizzou.

If State loses this one, I do think Mizzou in Starkville next week becomes must win.
