I am also unclear on this, but my understanding is SEC rules are stricter than NCAA rules, so unless he has graduated, I think Saban can still block him from SEC schools. And even if he has graduated, he may still be blocked.

That's exactly how I've described him in the past. It's bizarre because I know if he played for another team Florida fans would dog him nonstop.
I'd love to have Hurts, but Mullen is very dedicated to riding with his own QBs. I'd be shocked if Hurts went to Florida, because it would mean Mullen doesn't have faith in Emory Jones, either.

Hurts essentially walks in as the starter in all but about 5-6 programs in the country. I hope he goes to OU.

Don’t think Mullen would take a him . Next year is still a rebuilding year . We need to find out who will be the QB of the future. He would be better at Auburn.

I don't think he will go to Auburn. I think he wants come back and use the Tuscaloosa good ole boy network after his football career ends. Auburn is the only place that would stop that from happening.
I think he goes outside the SEC. But if does stay Florida is the logical choice.
