A. They will advocate for Arch's development over immediate performance, underscoring the long-term benefits of taking a step back to refine his skills.
Clearly, however it can be called into question now if they/Arch made the right choice about who would be developing him- and that goes back to playing at Newman.
He's got the physical tools, but his mechanics are awful and that's the one area he should have had a massive advantage given his upbringing

Explain the no win situation he was in for us. Top recruit, signing NIL deals, making millions of dollars, starting QB at Texas after sitting two years while he was supposedly learning and growing, only to shite his pants when it’s his time.
Yeah I think that poster and you & I have different definitions of “No win”

I definitely want Arch back next year. Overhyped out of the gate, but will still be a good qb.

Arch is not getting benched, he probably was the best offensive player for UT this past weekend. He was hounded from start to finish

Top Recruit - Wrong - Arch/his father/his uncles/his grandfather had nothing to do with his ranking other than passing on his name. Some magazine writers made that call.
NIL - Those were business decisions made by the business.. Cannot blame Arch for taking the money. If in that position, I would too.
Starting QB - ask his coach about that.
For 18/19 years he grew up in a small NOLA/Newman community and was just a normal kid. He did nothing to promote the notoriety that followed his name, he shied away from it. Stark sold him on Texas being a national power and he wanted to be a part of that. Cannot blame him for that.

Agreed ... Manning family NEVER Wanted Arch at Texas in the first place. They wanted him to chose Virginia
I believe he will enter the Portal at seasons' end.

Yep, been saying, since last year, that he would be good in another system. Sark is just a terrible developer of QBs and even worse at putting them in a position to be successful. We win a lot of games because we have a lot more talent than most teams.
When we face a team loaded with blue chip talent and can't simply out talent them, Sark falls flat on his face.
I mentioned it before but will again. As a head coach he is 13-28 vs teams that ended the season ranked (which is a far better indicator than ranked teams when you play them imo).
it's who he is. A below average coach that has somehow convinced everyone he's a brilliant offensive mind. Stats don't seem to matter to anyone I guess.

Your IMO may be flawed. End of season rank will include a gain from winning that game and a drop from losing it and will always skew heavily toward a worse record.

It's just an opinion when considering how many teams are overrated at the beginning of the season. Should OSU get credit for beating the #1 team this season? I say hell no because we don't even belong in the top 20.
if you look at this record vs teams ranked when he plays them, it's still a losing record.
My comment stands. He is a fraud.

Not the Manning family.
Cooper ran the overhype and overpromote Arch plan.
Eli and Peyton were not involved and even Archie was not a fan of some things done
Arch would have been better off not being a five star and being allowed a chance to deveiop without the limelight,

The kid looks overwhelmed. If this continues Sark will have to bench him and he'll probably transfer.

You are greatly underestimating just how arrogant Sark is. He will not be benched. Sark would rather go winless in the SEC than have to admit he is a fool.

This.
Mannings have handled Arch at Texas with a lot of class.

Then y'all about to lose several more games. Because I watched the game Saturday and he just isn't processing the game fast enough to compete.

I fully expect to lose to oklahoma, georgia, and the ags. Possibly even vandy.
I said 8-4 pre season. I think it'll be closer to 7-5 when all is said and done. They will play the occasional good enough to win game. Like most teams with a lot of talent but terrible coaching.

but his mechanics are awful
Maybe it's an elaborate publicity stunt for eyeglasses. He'll put them on and become unstoppable ------>?????-------profit.

Arch will be at TX again in 26. They will have to run the backup off if he comes in and plays good this season.
