I dont know what you are referring to but as far as Syracuse beating Clemson, Kelly was hurt going into that game.
Clemson QB Kelly Bryant suffers ankle injury vs. Wake Forest

He was nowhere near 100%. His mobility problem is what got him a concussion in that game.

This is stupid. No top team should ever lose to Syracuse. Alabama wouldn't lose if Hurts was injured

Excellent punting and the best defense Alabama has played all season? I doubt it will be by running the ball, and it damn sure isn't going to be by passing it.

Alabama won't beat Clemson without defensive scores and Scott pinning Clemson inside the 10.

Dabo has lost at least one game a year he shouldn't have and several years he nearly lost two he shouldn't have.

Saban had one game like that in hist first year at BAMA.

Bama has the players to do it. They just can't run this hybrid RPO/Pro Style offense they have tried to run this year. Got to stick with one or the other.

Hurts is deadly with the RPO. You just can't make Hurts a pocket passer, which he is not.

Bama has the RB to pound the ball with the pro style and open the passing game up with play action.

That is all that needs to be said. We have a true dual-threat guy on the bench but Jalen is a single-threat quarterback and good defenses eat his lunch every time. A&M, FSU and MSU made him look terrible too. He threw for like 80 yards against the 'noles but nobody saw it as a red flag because we won the game.

And you guys think Tua is the answer over Hurts:

I think that Hurts is good enough to lead the offense to sufficient points against Clemson. I honestly didn't realize that their passing defense was so bad.

If, and that is a significant 'if', our oline holds their own against Clemson's front, then Hurts will have some success throwing the ball IMO.

Well, Bryant is a slightly worse passer and not nearly the runner hurts so how will they move the ball on Bama?
