How the Sec expansion should have gone down

Should have been longhorns instead of aggies. Dropped Arkansas and replaced them with sooner. In the east Seminoles over Missouri and drop Vanderbilt for hurricanes

This is a new and exciting subject. Thank you, new poster, for bringing this to us.
I'll bite.
Texas destroys everything they touch. frick no. They have an easier path to a championship through the Big 12, anyway. Texas A&M is enough, and gets us into the Houston and Dallas TV markets.
The Sooners don't have the TV markets (OKC and Tulsa???) and are a long way from the SEC, and, again, their path to glory is easier in the Big 12.
Florida will always veto Florida State, and we don't need both of them to pick up the Florida TV markets. They wouldn't come, anyway, because, like Oklahoma and Texas, the easier path to a championship is through the ACC.
The Hurricanes have an easier path to the championship through the ACC, and they are trash. Their fan base is also full of bandwagon fans that don't provide consistent year-in-year-out support.
We need Vandy for the grades, Mizzou for the TV markets and Arkie for Piggilicious, the moonshine, trout fishing and the Ozarks. We also need Mizzou for the Ozarks and smallmouth fishing.

I would have taken Oklahoma and Oklahoma state over a&m and mizzou. Or take oklahoma in the west and clemson in the east. Then, leave every thing else the same bc we aren't going to kick teams out of the conference lol.

As a fan of Arkansas I can say I appreciate the reciprocal hate you have for Arkansas and Aggy.
Also, I can say that as an expansion team fan, even though it took place 26 years ago, prior to me being a CFB fan, I don't give a shite about affiliation. It isn't important to me. If we got a better deal elsewhere, it wouldn't bother me at all.
