Good question, and I have the answer.
This is what I have a problem with. Trying to lead in to some amazing find and displaying some of the most skewed results/analysis I've ever seen in CFB. Hey, we can't help it this is what Arky has to do to feel relevant. And LSU fans are capable of finding the falacies.
It's like the little nerd on the play ground showing all the cool kids (BAMA/LSU) his Erector set to fit in and we just smash it to bits and say frick off.

How so? You looked at 1 legit season, and the first 5 weeks of another to make some type of point. It had nothing to do with the SEC as a whole. It was quite clear the premise for you choosing the time frame you did, and so just cause we show a better view of things doesn't mean much since it kills your point which is clearly to show how Arkansas has been ranked every week for 1.3 seasons now.
How about we look at a relevant stat that Arkansas is the only SEC team to lose to tOSU in a bowl game.

If you really wanted to show SEC dominance, why did you start at the end of 09 instead of the beginning of 06?
Showing dominance by teams for 5 years is more impressive than showing dominance by teams for 2 years.
I think you did it to show Arkansas in the top 3... and so you could say "frick" a bunch, which is tOtAlLy RaD btw.

Did a little bit of research, and the reason the big guy left the 06-09 seasons out of it was.... Arkansas was only ranked 14 weeks out of those 4 seasons. 10 of those weeks were in '06. 4 were in '07... but sadly, they never quite got up there in '08 or '09. 
And LSU has been ranked 60 times in that period.

I will say, as objectively as I am able to do, that y'all are not in the league with the LSU and Alabama's currently. Doesn't mean you can't get there, but your not there YET. Your players are not of the same quality and depth yet. That does not mean you can't beat us (as you have demonstrated). The razorbacks don't garner national respect, hell they even cut your game off last week on espn! Haha.
Just hang in there and keep plugging away! You may pass us one day and we will pay you the respect you will have earned. In the mean time just keep plugging away and try and give the better teams in the league the respect that they have earned. It will make you more respected as a fan base and more enjoyable to discuss sports with without the inferiority complex getting in the way. Arkansas is no Alabama or LSU, period. Everyone but y'all got the memo bro!

Equally relevant, LSU, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt are the only teams to lose to tOSU during a regular season.
