Texas choke

Its a long game and both teams can hit. Far from over.

They might never win the CWS again

Texas is good enough to come back but they've got to calm down and be smarter. On the play where GA got two more runs in, they should have thrown to home plate instead of first. Poor decisions and playing scared are getting them in trouble early.

It's amazing that with as much baseball as (I assume) our fans have watched over the years, many of them don't realize it is a 9 inning game.

Narrator: they didn’t

Georgia is not Oregon.
To be honest, after watching the Texas - Oregon game I liked Georgia's chances in this game.
Still a long way to go...

Texas can hit? Not so sure about that

We may never with schloss no doubt. He seems to have completely mailed it in. He now works for his best buddy. I don’t think there’s much urgency there anymore. His job is secure thanks to his relationship to the A.D.
I still don’t understand why he retained Tulo. We have never had a great offense with that guy coaching the hitters.
If augie was coaching that team last night he would have had an aneurism post game. Schloss just shrugs it off.

Texas looked completely dispirited. No vibe at all that they would come back.

We will see a lot more it with this coach. His nonchalant attitude about doing such a horrible job having this team ready is infuriating.
Seems to be the standard with our men’s teams. We can find coaches who can get us close but will always shite the bed when the lights are brightest. I’ve come to terms with it.

That is Schloss for you. Once he gets to the CWS he just doesn’t seem to care

SchLOSS sucks dick you should be thanking us for taking him off your hands but instead you keep running around like a butt-hurt skirt.
I hope you have left breadcrumbs for your future lives so you don't suck this bad going forwards but I won't hold my breath.

as much as I'd love to argue with you, I can't. We're stuck with him due to his relationship to CDC so all we can do is hope he figures it out. I have my doubts but we'll see.
A lot of fans would love to trade places with us. I understand that but this shouldn't be the norm for us. Since Augie left, it has been. This is our new standard evidently.

1. Yeah schloss is overrated. That much is evident.
2. I don't blame the ags for being angry the way he left. If he'd done that to us to go there, we'd have been just as angry.
3. but I do agree they have to let it go at some point. It's not healthy to hold on to something like that. They can take solace knowing he's just not very dialed in for us.

Very frustrating. Same story every year, across two different coaching staffs.

I’ll never understand it, but it is what it is. We’re stuck with this coach good or bad so all we can do is hope that CDC puts a little pressure on him to make some changes. I like the pitching coach but tulo needs to go.
I do think he’s a good enough coach to win it all. I just don’t know how much effort he’s willing to put in now considering who his boss is.
I can get over Sarks failures, but college baseball is my passion and this shite pisses me off. The way he shrugged off the loss like “oh well, nothing we could do”
Nothing you could do? Mother fricker it’s your job to prepare them. The loss I can live with. Going in I thought Ga was the best team there.
What I can’t accept is the team looking like the keystone cops in the opening inning. That is 100% a coaching failure.
This shite would never fly with Augie. I don’t think I’ve ever missed him as much as I do right now.
