I say 3-4. QB play will be subpar, locker room will be toxic due to wild NIL deals with unproven freshmen..

It will take at least 6 losses.

8-4 has been accepted for a while now.

He can go 7-5 for the next 30 years and we’ll still hear about how “Jimbo has us so close” and that “A&M is a sleeping giant”. Firing Jimbo will be admitting that they’ve done literally every single thing in their power to be successful and it still didn’t work. Massive contract, changing every law possible to become the first mover in NIL, having the best DC in the country in Elko, etc. They’ll cling to that washed up drunk until his coaching career breathes its very last breath

What’s his current buyout? They’re used to 4, 5, and 6 loss seasons, so I imagine they’re more comfortable with those than giving Jimbo millions and buying themselves a new coach…who will give them more 4, 5, and 6 loss seasons.

If Jimbo is such a horrible coach, why would you want him fired?

When tu had Charlie Strong and Mensa, as Aggies, we were hoping for contract extensions.

Just shows the level of dipshlt on this board.

Another swamp kitten starting a thread revealing how insecure they are. Jealousy is a disease. Go see a doctor.

you might as well talk about what it will take for any Dem not matter how corrupt or incompetent to not get 90% of the African American vote…

About the same chance

Jimbo would have to put together multiple sub .500 seasons to get canned or be involved in a scandal. Aggy has pushed all of their chips in with him. I keep saying it, but name a coach with more pressure to win a natty in the next 3 years than Dumbo?

Jimbo Fisher is Urban Meyer without the coaching chops. Let us all just meditate on that for a moment.

It's not because of the way he wins.

That is a counterintuitive take.

With the investments that have been made, the rise in talent will make expectations higher and patience run thin if he doesn't start to show something for the boosters efforts.

It's like Mack Brown. Doesn't matter if you can coach if you recruit enough talent. Fisher is approaching the plateau where we will start winning most of our games because we are just more talented than most of the competition. The defensive talent is something else
