Well it was a guaranteed win before the game and they spoke in hubris (Look it up if you have to).

They would have lost to to Bama and Oklahoma if they played Texas' schedule. I think they will end up playing two of those three teams, and can still round into form and beat them all potentially. But yeah, to this point in the season, it would have been an L.

Just curious, but do you think that if UGA were playing a tough ranked OOC opponent in an early game, they'd be running their offense and defense in a way to give backups a lot of snaps early in games like they did against their cupcakes... or do you think they'd be feeding Brock Bowers on offense and not rotating guys on the 3-deep in during the first quarter on defense?

It seems like people think UGA would have treated an opponent like Alabama or Oklahoma the same way they treated UT Martin or Ball State.

And I think you're absolutely wrong about OU given the fact that OU played Texas this past week. UGA's pass defense is exceptional and has been exceptional all season. UGA is allowing just 4.79 yards per pass attempt, first in the nation. Both UGA and OU are primarily passing teams (they're 5th and 6th in the nation) so the pass defense is key in looking at which offense would succeed more. Neither are in the top 50 of rushing offenses. The problem is OU's pass defense is allowing 2 more yards per pass attempt and 70 more yards per game than UGA's is. It's a matchup advantage for UGA.

Of course OU could win. I'm simply saying that game occurring in week 6 (when UGA blew out a top 25 opponent), is probably not a matchup that OU would win more often than not.

But you dont know what hubris is lol.

Do you think I come here to publish research? Let me answer for you. No, no I don't. I don't stop and make sure I didn't miss the a in dealt. More than anything. When I am typing a response here. I am more concerned with if I am gonna need to scrub the toilet than I am proper use of commas.

None of what you said has anything to do with past UGA hubris and false bravado.

The Bama game would've been in Athens since the last time they played was in Tuscaloosa. Not a chance in hell they lose to OU.

Thanks Texas fans for confirming what many of us already know. A horrible fan base that has zero football IQ.

What a dumbass post.

And worse, Texas thinks they have a super hard schedule. Give me a break.

GA hasnt lost a game in over 2.5 years. That is why you are a dumbass. And putting Texas on LSU and Bama's level....hahahahahaha.

Talk about a fraud? Go ask OU who the real fraud is. Single lucky win against Bama and now Texas is as good as Georgia. The Aggies have more logic than that and we've beat Bama twice and play them hard.

Jesus? Please help this person.

I’d like to see what texas could do with our SEC schedule.

lsu, aggie, ole miss and bama in consecutive road games plus florida on the road coming up as well.

Hopefully we’ll see in the future.
