Couldn't get admitted to USC or UGA, right? Understandable. :)

Mine is divided between lighthearted eye rolls in regards to actually caring about kids playing a game and me caring about kids playing a game.

Mrs Metal is from Georgia and is a UGA alum….the game last November went from trash talk to downright pity. I got her good when the Dawgs came to Oxford in 2016 (Kirby’s first year)….I knew that was an anomaly so I poured it on…..anyway, who else lives it like this?

My wife doesn't give a shite about football.

I am an LSU Tiger. My husband is an Aggie. I must truly love him because it's reeeeally hard for me to act happy when the Aggies succeed at anything.

Ohio State graduate but married a South Carolina girl.

She has no idea South Carolina is 2-0 against Ohio State so planning on keeping it that way.

Mrs. Med went to Bama. I took her to State-Bama last year. Never again.

On the plus side, I get to glom on to Bama football now.

BTW, she is Mrs. Med since 7/14/24.

From grandparents on down we’ve got LSU, Cal, Baylor, Duke, Navy and Colorado School of Mines. Youngest might be leaning A&M but we’ll see shortly.

Sports rooting interest is strongly LSU. Not surprising given the other choices!

We have LSU, Mississippi State, Georgia, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Auburn and Arkansas fans in just my immediate family…

As the LSU rep it makes it hard to get too heated at most of the regular SEC games. Luckily we don’t have any Alabama or Florida fans so I still get to know hate

Do you live in Houston? I lived there for several years when I first moved to Texas from Florida. Seemed like there were a lot of LSU/A&M grad marriages. Much more than I see up here in Dallas area.
