These "Mullen is horrible" or "Mullen is great" threads are starting to get a bit tedious.

Mullen is pretty much a known commodity. Its not his first season in the SEC as a HC. You know exactly what you are going to get from Dapper Dan the Scientology Man.

He is going to be a sneaky good recruiter who tends to find players without giant star ratings that he can develop into monsters. He is going to run his system with minor tweaks to it. He is going to win quite a few games, maybe not so many against really high ranked teams, and pile up a pretty darn good record. He's also going to have two or so games a year where his team comes out flatter than a plate full of piss.

Could he win a Natty at Florida? Yeah. He probably needs the stars to align and have those sleep walk games against teams Florida vastly out powers but he could do it.

They should be. They return the most experienced (and talented QB) and the most weapons at the skill positions.

Will be interesting to see how other teams do with a full offseason, unlike this last year.

The Fighting Kirby's look to be in great shape for 2021. I would have them at #1 of SEC teams.

UGA should always be the preseason favorite in the east and overall top 3 based on talent.

For 4 years?

Right. Smart is 3-1 against Mullen.

That's a trend. And the trend favors Florida.

How so? MuLLLen is winless against a healthy Smart team that isn’t starting a walk on QB. Bit odd claiming 1 game is a trend as well. Do you honestly believe MuLLLen will have the same advantages again? According to the 4 game sample size, unless Smart has a depleted defense/walk on QB, MuLLLen will lose.

Moving van may take Mullen to the NFL. Not to worry UGA fans, no one in the NFL would want Kirby Smart. The guy has #1 talented team in the country and as usual is bafflingly incompetent. Not to worry, “next year is the year.”

When you lose so many players off a national championship team, you can be weak the following year. Let me know if you need a further explanation about what a national title is. I know there’s post menopausal women that are too young to have seen Georgia win their lone title, and you might be one.

And please talk more shite after getting pounded into the ground by LSU in successive seasons. All in a thread about a coach of a rival team that pulled Kirbys panties down and spanked him.

No, we don't lose 15 starters. Stop overexaggerating

WR Copeland
WR Toney - Gone
WR Grimes - Gone

LT Forsythe - RS Senior
LG Gouraige
C Heggie - RS Senior
RG Reese - Senior (Grad)
RT Delance - RS Senior
TE Pitts - Gone
QB Trask - RS Senior
RB Davis - RS Junior

DE Cox - Junior
NT Slaton - Senior
DT Campbell - Senior
SSDE Carter - RS Junior
BUCK Bogle
ILB Miller - RS Junior
ILB Houston - RS Junior
STAR Stewart - Senior
CB Wilson - RS Junior
CB Elam
FS Davis - Senior
SS Steiner - Senior

P Finn - RS Senior
K McPherson

I bolded the players who will definitely return (5).

I italicized the players who will definitely leave (3).

That leaves (17) draft eligible players remaining, including (11) that are already Seniors or RS Seniors. Losing 15 starters is absolutely a possibility.

If I had to put money down on it, I would probably say 13, but I'm expecting it to be more.

A couple of years ago I wrote on another forum to give Mullin some time to recruit and he will again be beating GA on a regular basis. I did not know it would happen this quick. Dan is quirky but overall a good coach. (Who can win at Miss St?) He was the OC when Meyer was at Florida and that offense wasn't a slouch...... just as it isn't now.

On the other hand, I also wrote that Kirby would take GA back to the Richt days and worse once recruits found out they would probably never win it all at GA and opt out for another team. Buster Brown Smart is not a P5 football coach. With the best recruits at his disposal, he is still behind the 8 ball.

Also predicted that FSU would soon be back in the Pre-Bowden (0-11) era after they hired Willie and they are rapidly on their way. Willie was probably the death knell for the Seminoles.

He played exactly 2 P5 teams (Ok St, GT) OOC in the regular season at Miss St and lost both. His resume was built off of beating up on bad FCS, Sun Belt, and CUSA teams along with Kentucky, Ole Miss and a nice does of Vandy. He lost games to Houston, BYU, and South Alabama.

What fraction? Like 99/100? We had a 2* non offer midget at qb and an absolutely decimated defense. Then lost our 4th string WR.

OP is retarded but that game was set up for Florida extremely nice after they faked Covid

I wouldn't count on that becoming a regular occurrence.
