I admittedly don't watch much basketball, but the margins of victory are like nothing I've ever seen before from Alabama basketball. Playing like they played tonight looks like to me they could beat anyone in the country on a given night.

We don’t talk about it. Just let it flow.

Then you don't understand. We don't talk about future things. Just be happy with this before the eventual darkness sets in.

I’d say we are a sweet sixteen team.

If we are hot in March, who knows. Just feels good to have a solid squad out there

We are definitely losing a 14/3 matchup in the First Round. I just know it

I just know this is best I've seen us play offensively ever. And I've been watching since 82. Defense is Damn good to. Hope we can keep it going.

This teams hustles unlike any Bama team I've seen. As soon as they start standing around, Oats subs them out for someone fresh and hungry for minutes. And everybody is held accountable. I saw him pull Petty at the beginning of the 2nd half against Arky, up 20+, for playing slack D. He got pulled, sat a few minutes, then came back out playing aggressive.

Only team I can think of that compares to this Bama squad is the 1975-76 CM Newton team that gave Bobby Knight’s undefeated Indiana team all they could handle. It was the closest game they had in the tournament and Bama had ‘em beat until late in the contest. Wimp’s best team might come close too.

They have really good players for what Oats wants to do.

It’s basically 5 out with dribble penetration kick to open 3 shooter. When overplayed each man can drive to rim and finish. They understand rebound angles.

I’m impressed. They shoot free throws very well so close games will not be a liability. They have quality depth.

The shooting will not always be as hot as last night, but they play hard nose on defense which always travels well.

This team is not very big although I don’t know if that is the weakness it once was in basketball.

This is at least a second weekend team in NCAA tournament barring injury.

Bama Basketball will drive you nuts, I mean seriously it will. Basically we beat a team of two we shouldn't have in the middle of the season usually one the wins are a fluke but we somehow get enough wins to be a bubble team the last few weeks. Then we drop 2 of 3, play well the first game of the SEC tournament and but usually lose the next round. That sum up Bama BBall last few years.

Still I believe this team is different, you should be excited about the product Nate Oats has put together.

Depends on shooting. If they can put together a stretch in march like they have over the last two weeks, they can beat anyone.

If they come out cold, they can get bumped in the first round and lose to a team like Western Kentucky

Not sure, yet. Its still January.

But, it is best conference start since 86-87 and longest winning streak in 18 yrs.

If they continue to play as they are, it could look like that 87 team (28-5, conference champs, Sweet 16)

Good enough that the bandwagon is filling up fast. Some of y'all haven't suffered enough and need to pay a fee before you get full privileges.

But, to answer the question - pretty damn good. They aren't going undefeated in the SEC, but they're not likely to lose many, unless some players get injured.
