There probably aren't more than 15 teams at most that would do better with aTms schedule. They'll be the best 5 loss team in the country.

If Arkansas pulled off an upset, would the melt be epic?

I'm surprised at how much Mond has regressed. He was a decent qb last year. And now, not so much. Could be an indicator that ole Jimbo doesn't quite have it anymore.

They’re pretty good, but not a real contender. Probably ranked about where they should be right now (23rd). They are good enough to upset a top team if Mond gets hot for a game, but probably will end up 7-5 or something like that

I can’t believe this has not been downvoted into oblivion.

Well reasoned logic usually gets lit up around here.

Aggy is “ Jimbo got $1,250,000.00 for wins against Lamar & Texas State” good.

I watched every minute of that game. Mond was as good as any QB could have been in that situation. he put several passes only where his fantastic receivers could catch it. The lack of a running game is what killed that offense

I would add that our stubborn commitment to a run game Auburn was obviously selling out to stop with disguised coverages is what did us in.

I still think Auburn wins. Anyone who watched that game knows it was not nearly as close as the score.

We are likely an above average team, but have the unfortunate luck of drawing a very difficult schedule. Playing 5 teams currently ranked in the top 10 is no easy feat. We could very well be a top 15 team in the nation but if we lose to all the better teams then us, we still end up with a 7-5 record.

That being said, we aren’t playing very good football right now and don’t deserve to be top 25 at the moment. If we can beat someone we shouldn’t and at least go 8-4 like last year you could make a case for a 15-25 type of ranking.

What I do know is that Jimbo is earning every bit of that $75 million guaranteed. He'll collect every penny then leave A&M in the same state he left FSU! Jimbo is a washed up coached and thank God we didn't get him here. Who would have every thought that!
