How does Mike Anderson keep his job at Arky ?

Read the post history of any of the following Hog posters:

There is a large contingent of Hog fans that will support him no matter what.
This will make his eventual firing extremely messy. Much like the Nutt fiasco.

Who else to hire?
Arkansas is quick to fire coaches when nobody is on the market. It’s worked out well for us the last 15 years.

There would be nothing quick about firing Anderson. This has been coming for a long time. There’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to make a good hire if we decide to move on after this season.

Lsu got Will Wade and Ole Miss Kermit Davis in the last 2 years, theres always a good coach out there. Heck UGA is a terrible program and got Tom Crean
Arkansas needs to cut the ties with the "program ties" guys like Mike Anderson and just go find a good coach. LSU made the mistake of getting Johnny Jones, just go find an actual good coach,not that difficult.

This. This is also why I would never want Malzahn or Petrino or Nutt to come back here.
Outs like getting back together with an ex. Rarely works out.
