Something about his voice and diction is off. He sounds like a mouse.

Because he’s doing it at ole Miss. Everything you listed is genuinely impressive for Oxford.

He’s a social media guru & narcissist. Majority of the public are attracted to those types.

50-18
We’ve finished ranked 11, 9 and 11.
His first season we went 5-5 in Covid year after the Matt Luke and sanctions disaster.
We’re currently ranked #4.
If you’re counting. In 6 seasons we’ve been ranked #9 or better five times.
I understand we shouldn’t expect much from LSU fans but if you can’t figure out Kiffin is a good coach there is no help for you.

They had 1 winning season in the five years before he was hired, I don't think he inherited an easy gig.
Perhaps you are forgetting the 4 or 5 years of anal probing the NCAA gave Ole Miss during that time. It kinda impacted the program a tad.

Point is, Ole Miss is a stepping stone for coaches. That being said, for every good coach that went on to bigger and better, there are a bunch more who are just a footnote in the Ole Miss history book. Kiffin hasn't proven anything, anywhere. In fact, he's probably more known for getting fired than for success. He'll probably stay at Ole Miss where a 10 win season gets a statue, instead of moving on and actually playing for something. He's perfect for that place.

Lol….Freeze had a losing SEC record at Ole Miss….Lane’s SEC record is 28-16….but I agree with the atom splitter known as TN TYGAH….Lane is not a good coach. Florida, or any program could do much better****

He’s a quirky guy prone to doing or saying quirky / provocative things and produces sufficient winning to the extent it keeps him interesting to people.
Oddball personalities who like to stoke a little shite like Kiffin are generally good for college football as it’d be pretty dull if all of’ em were too buttoned up and stuck with the standard canned coach speak, etc.

He's a good coach.
I'd take him in a heartbeat.

He turned a cellar dweller into a 10+ win program that's always in contention for the CFBP but can't quite make it
I mean, Florida has historically been a cellar dweller and until Spurrier had little to no success whatsoever. You showed that it can be done. We have a lot going for us right now. Support is at an all time high. Our national brand is growing. We have a very organized and well-run athletic department. We are at the forefront of NIL leadership. (Who did the other collectives get to go before Congress on their behalf? Ours.)
We have the full support of the administration. Our campus is beautiful and our town is consistently ranked as one of the top college towns. We pay well. And we are currently undefeated and tied for first place in the conference that has no divisions anymore.
It may just be that we aren't such a bad location for a head coach. Hell, even Chris Bears has fallen in love with the place. So has Golding. LSU couldn't lure Bianco (an LSU grad). Charlie Weiss Jr wouldn't leave Oxford for Florida.
Open your eyes to the situation.
