And Tennessee doesn’t? Gonzaga has played 3 ranked teams they beat Duke and lost to unc and tennessee. Also hasn’t played a ranked opponent since November-December.
Tennessee beat them head to head and play in a much harder deeper conference.

Gonzaga leapfrogging Virginia makes absolutely 0 sense to me.
No problem with them being ahead of us for the time being, that’s the nature of the polls. But they have no business being 2nd right now

VOLS put on an extremely shitty performance on the big stage so many pollsters punished them. Tennessee should probably be 3 or 4 but who cares about the polls really? We have plenty of chances coming up to lock up a 1 seed.

Vols have opportunities against LSU and the rematch against UK in KnoxVegas.

Surprising to hear. Bad experience at the Final Four?
Tennessee and Gonzaga have played 6 times in the last 10 years (twice in Seattle, once in Knoxville, once in Nashville, once in Phoenix, once in Orlando) and I've been to all of them except the game in Orlando and they've always been great.
I love the almost annual VOLS/Zags series. Some of the best basketball fans I've encountered anywhere.

Had this stuck up attitude about them since they were a catholicnprovate school and how they were from one of the wealthiest cities in the country (Seattle). I shot that one down showing them I lived in THE city in the country and they tried to back track but whatever.
Buncha weirdo bible thumping fake eltists. They thought they were Harvard of the West, they weren’t.
It was a nice little rivalry we had though, UNC fans joined with us to represent group SouthEast against Zags and Oregon who were PNW

I'm very happy with Tennessee falling to 5th. Hopefully they feel disrespected and use it as motivation.
