That's the worst possible thing to do. All Dabol is going to do is go to the 3WR 2RB set and get favorable match-ups. Once Chavis adjusts, if he adjusts, it will open up the lanes that they were trying to prevent all along. Double spy is the best option if you ask me. Maybe a triple spy with the two DE's staying home on obvious passing downs.
I don't care
Bama is almost certainly going to beat me anyway, I'm at least gonna make them make the throws to do it. I'm going man across with cover zero on every running down and every 3rd and 4 or less.
Now sure, on 3rd and 17 I'm playing conventional pass defense.

Anyone know who's calling the game for ESPN?
Posted on 10/2/17 at 10:44 pm to Mr. Elvert
Their Saturday Night Primetime crew is Joe Tessitore, Todd Blackledge, and Holly Rowe.

5 turnovers for Bama would be the best bet.

We'll stop Bama's scoring once the clock runs out.

Good luck with that! BAMA hasn't turned it over since last year's Iron Bowl. 34 straight quarters.
Almost upvoted, then realized as soon as I do we will have 7 turnovers.

I don't know much about TAMU this year. But, your best defense is probably your offense. I assume you still have some big, freakish WR's? Throw the ball up to them for big plays. If your defense can makes a few stops, and get a couple turnovers, it will be a game.
I don't like all this "Bama is invincible" talk. We're probably due a clunker.

The ball has bounced the right way for us thus far.

I'll take 31-14 bama and save the trouble of them injuring us

Forget to unlock the doors to the visiting teams locker room.

Letting the walk-on "Don Filler" play along with his buddy "Gyles Marret."

I think this may actually be a decent game. I can see A & M hanging within 10-14 points of Bama.
...and Sumlin isn't going anywhere.

A&M has a couple of speedsters on offense that made plays against Arkansas.
I didn't see a whole lot of defense in that game, which is the only A&M game that I've seen.
Looking forward to it.Good luck to A&M.Hope it's a good game.

I don't think they can, but to stop Bama you have to shut down their running game. That's how you stop most teams. Shut down the running game and pressure the QB.
