We've all been there and it sucks. Our team looses and we feel like poop lol. Of course we all have our own ways of dealing with a loss. How or what do you do to help with losing? How do you vent? My team hasn't lost yet.....but when the IRISH lose I go numb and sad. How about you all?

Was at the game where Navy beat ND for the first time in like 40 years. I laughed a little afterwards.

1. Say "Ya hate to see it happen" publicly on the way out of the stadium

2. Internally cry

3. Get over it cause it's just a game

4. Completely forget #3 after the next big win we have

It really depends on the nature and location of the loss.

I take home losses personally because they almost never happened in the time I was a student (3 home losses in 4 years, all my freshman year).

Losses hurt a lot worse when you know you're the better team, you get beaten badly by a far inferior opponent, you should have won and were either screwed by a bad call or completely choked at the end, OR your team Sumlined and blew a massive lead and apically failed on national television.

Depends on the loss. I react differently depending on
1. Was it to a hated Rival? Im mad as hell during the game when the outcome is already decided and afterwards Im pretty pissed for a day or so. Losses to UT/UGA/FSU drive me up the damn wall, plus I work with a Nole fan so that doesnt help.
2. Was it an unexpected loss to a team we shouldve beaten, ie a cupcake? Mad as hell, Fire errbody lol...But more mad about the shite I gotta deal with from co-workers and fkrs on the rant bringing it up for a year lol
3. Was it to a team I didnt expect us to beat? it is what it is. I move on pretty quick.

Normally, would watch clips of basketball to make myself feel better.

Now that we are decent at football, just really pissed off and angry, at the OC in particular.

Then came to the realization that we still have a chance to actually win the East and remembered how insane that was, then got over being mad.

Kentucky isn’t decent at football. Just having an abnormally good year that would be considered average by any other sec team

I remember that it is a football game... played by others. And I didn’t play a down, call a play or throw a flag.
Then I cuss a little. And move on.

Doesn't phase me. Toledo broke me years ago and now I just casually follow Arkansas. I do love a good melt so I still like visiting the Arkansas board. That's not really as fun anymore though because of the infighting among our fan base.

I get back on the practice field and immediately start game planning for the next opponent.
