How do you feel about your team's strength & conditioning program?

It's the right time of the year (offseason) to talk about the strength and conditioning programs of teams. How do you guys/gals feel about YOUR team's S&C coach(s) and programs?
Do you feel they're good? great? the best in the SEC? or lacking maybe compared to others?
Of course, I'm partial to Scott Sinclair and what he and his comrades have done at UGA? I think ours is pretty good. But wanted everyone's take on the subject. Afterall, there's never an offseason with strength and conditioning.

Someone downvoted this because I asked how you feel about your team's S&C program...lol....I guess you think it sucks and your S&C coach needs to be fired, huh?

Don't know a thing about ours yet. I'll have to get back to you next fall.

Dom Studzinkski. He came with Freeze from Liberty but I don't know much else about him.

Every UGA fan on the board right now...

Rebs struggled mightily in the second half all season (against all opponents except Auburn). Would be nice to rectify that and play tougher and more physical in the second half like in 2021.

Or uh, maybe it has nothing to do with seeking attention, and I'm just asking a normal ol inquisitive question to make interesting conversation about the great sport of college football for all of the fellow football fans on here to chime in and discuss during the offseason?

Who is Ole Miss' S&C coach?

S&C wise, I think this is the best LSU has been in years. Even in 2019 we had lots of little lingering issues that plagued the defense in particular.

Yeah, I figured Flint was going to be a good hire for LSU. He knows his stuff.

A strength and conditioning coach with “stud” in his name? He’s got to be the real deal.

Since most of them can't read anyway, here's a visual suggestion to all UGA fans on what to do before making post on the Rant vs the UGA team board...

The Georgia Board is that way.
And as for staying on topic....

It still comes down to recruiting. I remember Scott Cochran at Alabama allowing AJ McCarron to attempt a 600lb squat, can you imagine if he had gotten hurt? A 600 lb squat is not going to help your qb. He is a good strength coach, he just made a bad decision.
The one team's strength coach that I can think of that made the biggest difference was Iowa's former strength coach.Iowa doesn't recruit in the top 20 and developes players in and out of the weight room better than any team I have seen in CFB. The best signs of a strength coach are not just big strong players, but fewer injuries. People talk of players not in shape at end of the year, but they are in shape. If your offense doesn't move the ball and your not deep on talent/ depth on defense your defense wears out no matter how well conditioned you are in. Every SEC team has a good strength coach, Georgia had good strength coaches in the past, the difference is the recruiting by Kirby (top 3)and the way he is running the program.
