Look my friend...we obviously got off on the wrong foot. I don't know you and you don't know me. So, in the spirit of fellowship and harmony, I would like to apologize for anything negative or derogatory that I have said to you and about you, or the Purdue Boilermakers. I should never have judged you or taken any kind of verbal jab at you. It was childish, immature and completely inappropriate of me to do so. Please forgive me.

Sounds like a great idea. And I apologize for attacking you about your age, when I have NO idea how old you are. I'm 53 years old, so I'm NOT a spring chicken.
