I doubt that it would be as bad a me yelling the N-word in a bar in Hollygrove, but still... Can anyone tell me why it is okay to punch someone if they something offensive? It is a word. So they don't like you. They are an idiot and dont like your race/sexual preference/whatever... You get to punch them?
Probably because of how that word was used for over 200 years. Yes it is just a word, but we can blame our ancestors for this one

In that case, why is it ok to call someone that word? Everyone knows what it's meant for and how to use to demean someone.

Everything I read here from LSU fans said that the guy was a racist who was using the N-word and that's what caused the fight.
This excuse again? Louisiana must be the most hateful place in the world.

Clearly, a sex crime.
It's not a "sex crime" in your state.

Yeah, not sure he has a great lawyer. They have already admitted he sucker-punched the guy and the defense is that he has a prior conviction he is sensitive about. Surely LSU could have got this kid a better attorney, she is burying him before the trial even starts.

Why did this description bring to mind this video...

I am surprised that LSU fans havent accused the man heckling Hill of being a REC member and this is all a conspiracy to get Hill kicked off the team.
They seem to blame everything else on Bama.

Same shite they said after Shady's. Even after the players told the cops they didn't hear any racial slurs. And I'm sure that line we'll get used for future justification.

He should have moved to Alabama before he started praying on young girls then.

Actually it is. If the minor is under 16 and there are more than 2 yrs age difference, it's a crime.
Legally, a 14 year old cannot consent to a sexual act, especially to someone who is recognized as a legal adult at the age of 18.

Hill will have a probation revocation hearing soon, where a judge will decide if be violated probation. Most times, a misdemeanor does not warrant revocation. She will probably decide there was no violation of probation, Hill will be picking up lots of trash this summer, and he wont see the field the first two games.

It will depend on how accurate NOLA.com is with this statement they put in the paper:
quote:
Both were given suspended six-month prison terms and put on active supervised probation for two years with the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney's Office. A condition of the probation was that he refrain from all criminal conduct.

What a dumbass for punching someone because of what they said. I don't care what word was used, it's not a justification for a fight.

If it was Bama star running back, you would feel differently. I don't expect you to admit that though.

I would still expect them to have some common sense and walk away.
