but I'll just say that those number of wins weren't indicative of the state of the roster when Bielema took over.

Or the state of the SEC... Look at nutts record at Ole Miss and consider how down bama was during this time, aubie wasn't much better, but we couldn't beat anyone with a real team... Florida for instance.

Apples and Oranges. Going from a Petrino offense to such a change in philosophies. There is a lot to consider. FWIW!

I think this is a big part of it. If you want to throw shade, you better win to back up your mouth.

Also, last year, there were at least two games where I thought he was really not thinking about his qb when he kept the kid in near the end of blowouts.

Allen was impressive and showed a lot of grit. But he was getting murdered in games that were already out of hand.

Finally, I get the impression that sometimes he gives zero fricks--- he knows he is safe this year--- and to be fair, I bet a lot of people might slack if they knew they were going to get millions for at least one more year.

He's funny and I don't hate him but I'd enjoy winning more and for damn sure not collapsing in the 2nd half repeatedly. If he did those two things, I'd like him more.

And in this, the most unlikely of threads, before us all on the 10th day of July in the year of our Lord 2017, do we finally all understand the cause of BowlJackson's numerous and documented afflictions: he was called 'nerd' too many times in high school. Bless his hear

Seriously, you'd think a dumbass would appreciate being called a nerd.

Exactly, the west wasn't what it is today back then.

He suckered an official into giving Bama a 15 yd USLC penalty one year at BDS. And then laughed about it. He should have been kicked off the sidelines for that.
