Also, Alabama almost lost to 2 other teams. A 7-5 team and an 8-4 team

Because Bama basically beat nobody this year and played a weak schedule. OSU beat an undefeated #4 team in nation to win its conference. Bama was third best team in its conference. End of story.

So you impugn the Alabama fan who brought up the losses...Auburn with 3 vs Bama with 1...and tried to bring up that Alabama is not as good as Auburn because they lost head to head and that Auburn was second best in the SEC due to this...SO then we can just as easily say LSU is better than Auburn since the head to head is the only criteria you wish to use...so then why would LSU not be considered better than Auburn as well by your woefully inadequate standards?

Ohio State DID lose to a 7-5 team, by 31 points.

Who in the hell did u guys beat to say u had signature wins? Your best win was against 9-3 LSU that lost to Troy. OSU has four wins over top 15 teams and won their conference.

Ohio State does not have four wins over top 15 teams.

Auburn whipped you 2 weeks ago and Georgia won the SEC. Third best in SEC should not get you in the CFB final four when you have 2 other teams that have won their conference.

Ummm, OSU last year... brah

They also DID beat two top 5 teams and a #12 team. Alabama beat a pair of 3 and 4 loss teams ranked in the low teens or twenties.

At some point you acknowledge that those things wash out and cancel each other and youre left with what? Conference Champion. Thats what.

In about a month you will be asking "How did the 3rd best team in the SEC win the National Title"?

It is the same answer, because it is the
University of Alabama

I agree with this guy. But trying to reason with a gumpturd is like a dog barking at shadows who he thinks is a real person. Sad really.

Nama beats Auburn at home. A close road loss does not mean Auburn is better.

The past 3 years, these experts say that conference championship s matters. Apparently, that's not the case. I think they got it right btw

Ohio State didn’t beat anyone in the Top 5. Their best win is over #6 Wisconsin.

If you are using rankings at game time then Alabama has a win over a Top 5 team, too.

The Mercer win was ultra-impressive though. The committee studied that tape, determined the last Bama win of the year was their best performance of the season

How can a team with one more loss than Alabama make the playoff, when both of said losses were by double digits and one was a 31-point loss to an unranked 7-5 team in a division as bad as the SEC East?

The biggest problem I have right now is that there is an undefeated team in college football and they didn't even get into the college football playoffs.

If this is how it's going to be the power 5 and the group of 5 conferences need to have separate championships.

The undefeated team needs to schedule tougher OOC competition to make up for their own conference.

Their fault. Not the system's.
