Shut the frick up, a-hole.

At the rate this is going, we're staring down 7-5 or 8-4. We can't afford the defense to slip up at all, and losing our best defensive player certainly isn't going to help.

Yes, I am sorry he is hurt. I would not wish that on anyone. That does not change the way he feels about the South. Should have stayed up North.

There's no greater little brother complex than the way a lot of the south feels about the north.

Who cares how he feels about the south?

Don't worry about it, most of the South feels the same way about Florida. I just remember his prick comments after the game last year. I was hoping to see him embarrased in Baton Rouge on 10-12.

At this point:

@ UK - W
vs. Arky - W
@ LSU - L
@ Missouri - toss up
vs. UGA - L
vs. Vandy - W
@ South Carolina - L
vs. GA Southern - W
vs. FSU - L

Thats a 7-5 or 6-6 season. 7-6, 6-7, or 8-5 is very likely at the rate things are going.

He tore his left ACL in 2011

Sounds like he may be prone to it. The good news is that after the surgery/rehab he's bulletproof when it comes to his knees. Ain't like the old days when a knee injury ended careers.

On a lighter note... Marlon Walls (UT's defensive lineman who got to Driskel) tweeted Jeff Driskel w/encouraging words. Driskel told him not to worry about it and that 'he'd be back.' Driskel also thanked him for reaching out and wished him luck the rest of the season.

So those two earn respect points in my eyes. Easley not so much... although I do wish he'd dish on the Urban Meyer-thing.

Frick you.

Just another bookmark ready for the inevitable 'Florida fans have no class' thread on the Rant.

Him out and Murphy's first game as a starter? I dunno, what's the line? I wouldn't put money on this game.

Don't f*ck w Charlie Murphy.

He's a bad arse. I didn't know he had eligibility left.

I saw a great interview w him once on Dave Chappele's show.

I think our secondary is going to feel this loss more then anybody. Opposing QBs always felt Easleys presence and use to hurry their throws imo.

He is a game changer. Our defense will still be very good, but it will not be as nearly disruptive as it has been if he can't play the rest of the year.

If the offense continues to struggle under Murphy then his loss really hurts. If they get some consistency under Murphy then it won't be as big of a deal as it is right now.

I disagree. IMO, more pressure is on the LB's/Bucks Powell and Fowler to put the pressure on the QB.

Also might force Durkin to call more blitzes than he would usually do.

Remember, Florida last year and this year primarily relied on the front 4 to get pressure on the QB.

If Easley is done for the season, the philosophy will change.
