Six figure bets are for idiots. Must be nice

I think they are misinterpreting the weakness of Bama and if their coach does the same they will be in trouble.

I think it will be a pretty damn good game of different styles.

Clemson has a very good chance of winning because their style normally gives Bama issues. However, Bama's passing game has improved quite a bit and MSU found out what happens when you concentrate on stopping he run.

In Clemson's favor they have some talented DB's that can play one on one which should help Venables scheme to slow down Henry.

I am looking forward to this game as a college football fan.

For those who look back at the early games, before LSU don't.
Look what Bama has done starting at LSU.
LF was shut down. Then Dak, the mobile qb who would run Bama into the ground. Just didn't happen. Auburn was never in the game. Really. Florida didn't have a chance. UMS would embarrass the Tide. How did that work out.

The D is ready. The O is ready. Coker was 25-30 for almost 300yds. He can hold his own. Henry is rested. Put 8 in the box and play our Wrs one one. I like our chances.
This team is on a mission. Give the 7.

Since Dabo has outlawed "Clemsoning", what do I call it if his boys "Clemson" in the Natty?

The Clemson secondary is vastly superior to michigan states. If he does that vs Clemson I would be surprised

Makensie Alexander can really make some money with a good performance against Ridley.

Bama will take away their most productive offensive plays. That is what Nick does. He is relentless. I hope Bama wins and Nick moves on.??

I just want to say that I am so happy South Carolina is in the SEC instead of Clemson.

People keep bringing up Ole Miss but I think this team is a much different team than
the one that played that night.

Clemson actually has a QB that is great at running the Read Option, so I do think it will give Alabama fits. Alabama is a one dimensional D. they count our their great front 7, but Watson will run the ball on them and make them account for the RB, QB, and then of course the WR's. I see Bama scoring first, then Clemson gets their legs underneath them and play awesome D. More well rounded than Bama's D.

I am obviously an LSU fan, but that is my Objective Analysis. Subjectively, I hope Clemson destroys Bama, but not because I hate Bama so much. I am more rooting for Clemson because they haven't won a title in a while.

They haven't faced a team like Bama all year. I'm not sure how they could possibly know how well they will match up with them. A person can only hope Bamas linebackers don't cover well in space and a person can only hope Clemsons OL can create some lanes to run through. Bamas D is big & fast so good luck.

Vastly? Not objectively. And when you take the competition into account, not at all. This is the same Clemson that gave up huge 32 and a frickload of yards to South Carolina, for chrissakes. We won't even delve into what they did with NCSU.

Here's the problem -- you're looking at it from an extremely optimistic Clemson POV. You're not paying attention to the fact Clemson has to deal with Bama just as much as Bama has to deal with Clemson, and Bama is a mauler of a team.

Stop acting like they are invincible or something.

Meyer and Ohio State lit them up like a Christmas tree last year...so did Oklahoma the year before.

I'm in the Clemson is likely to beat Bama boat but these reasons here are just stupid. This is not the same defense as the last two years. No lineman were drafted off the last two defenses and this year we have 8 of 10 that are likely to get drafted. Bama has controlled the line of scrimmage in every game they have been in this year and have not had to use secondary to blitz and effect the QB. Any intelligent argument never starts with last year..... Last year means nothing.

Looks like most Clemson fans on that site are being reasonable. Quit trying to stir shite up.

I'm finally getting around to watching the CU/OU game and I'm not seeing anything special from CU. Our D will feast and Henry will get 200+ yards.

There's this notion out there that we are basically Iowa or Michigan State with a few more five stars. Stop Henry and we are screwed.

Clemson will be our biggest test, no doubt....but we are not some scrappy team that can be bottled up. We are pretty dynamic on offense.
