Louisville fans are a result of what happens when the State (Kentucky) university degraded their athletic department, allowing the local community (Louisville) college to vastly surpass them in major sports.
The same sad situation is now happening in Arkansas.
Arkansas Razorback football falls incremental each year, and right now, the ASU Redwolves are ranked two spots lower.
They are both ranked way down in the nineties, where rankings essentially mean below a certain point everyone sucks equally.
They both have coaches from Tennessee, ASU has a former State coach and Arkansas has a former community college coach
