Or maybe he knows who wasn't getting it done and he did what any CEO is supposed to do. He made changes to make the organization perform better.

Bama should be able to run off fumes in a rebuilding year given the talent they still have and still have a good year but this much change all at once is crazy. It's like Saban wants to make things harder.
