At least she spelled it right.

The amount of times that it's misspelled gives you some insight into how little understanding people have for what it actually covers, like the "Well, is she wrong" guy in these comments.

The draft worry is ridiculous. Say the kid never returns to play, with an obvious knee injury: safe to assume every NFL team will have him examined upside down & sideways pre draft.

It's even funnier when you see what she re-tweeted prior to telling some guy doing his job that he is committing a HIPAA violation.

Maybe you don’t know what you’re talking about. Maybe your views, like others on here, are skewed for obvious reason.

That would almost assuredly be exclusive to individuals at healthcare facilities & insurance companies. Who else has access to healthcare records? Certainly not a reporter.

Are you a head wound survivor?

Non covered entities have no responsibility to know or follow HIPAA.

No, I scroll X, on which I follow dozens (hundreds?) of sports accounts, including the reporter who she quote tweeted.

Enjoy.

Federal law ain’t got shite to do with reporters reporting injury news.

ETA: It might have something to do with Zenitz’s source, depending on how that person found the info, but it ain’t got shite to do with Zenitz.

Why are you so concerned about a mother being concerned about her child and health care information? I know in this case, I just want you to explain it.

Piss off moron.
