Maybe in your neck of the woods an 8th grader, or freshman, is consider an adult. But in the rest of the U.S. they aren't. Feel free to contact your local authorities and express to them why you think 18 year old adults should be able to sleep with 14 year olds.

And I also expect to see Derrick Henry the TF RB from Florida with the national rushing record etc, he weighed in at 6'3 238 a week ago

You know they must have skipped over him in hs when testing for roids.
It is insane though how big these players out of hs are getting.

Then why put them in school together as peers?

Why wasn't the school protecting this poor young girl?

I'm getting a bit tired of these holier than though allegations about the carnal knowledge case.

I'm sorry you werent functioning at a high enough level by high school to understand sex organs, how they work and the consequences of putting them together.

And I'm arguing for your boy here. You should take it and move on.

Don't think he was calling her adult. Just old enough to think for herself. I know I was old enough when I was a freshman in high school.

People are making it seem like Jeremy Hill was this big grown man who took advantage of this poor innocent girl. They were 3 years apart.

You're old enough to drive and operate a vehicle when you're a freshman but not old enough to know the consequences of bad decisions I guess.

Our age of consent in this country is, frankly, arbitrary. The majority of human beings on the planet are considered legal, consenting adults by the age of 13-14. We have the highest age of consent in the world.

Assault it assault. There is no grey area. Not even a suspension. Nice, teaching him he can do whatever the frick he wants because he is a stud. Hill will pay dearly when he comes to Tuscaloosa. I hope our team has a poster of him hanging and they've all seen the video. What a coward.

Hills a punk but so are a lot of these players, point is dont overreact. Hills performance was never going to make or break this season for LSU. Mettenberger is. if he has a great year then the run will open up against Bama, if they're one demensional it doesn't matter who runs the ball Bama will win and so will Georgia. The LSU Bama game will be tight as always with or without Hill.
