It's not as prevalent, as there is less supply. But Al-Betar is not the only memorabilia merchant who has it.

Are there others with as much from current players that are autographed who received them after the school dissociated themselves from said dealer?

How in the hell has the NCAA not done anything about this? I mean it is getting to the point where it is laughable. Are there rules anymore?

If this stuff is everywhere, why did Alabama send him a letter:

"You should refrain from obtaining any items of memorabilia from our student-athletes, including used equipment and apparel. You should also refrain from obtaining autographs from our student-athletes when they are in your store."

But Alabama won't get in trouble because they sent him this letter, even though it's all completely legal. And you know, fine.

If NCAA gets info/proof that the current players received some form of payment, there will be trouble.

Personally I think it's just a matter of time before this situation causes trouble for Bama or for some of the players.

That is a fantastically spelled response that seems like an attempt toward deflection.

it happens all the time. Kansas got in trouble one time for boosters giving graduating seniors gifts. All Kansas did was shift to having their seniors sell stuff to those boosters and the NCAA doesn't have a problem with it. I bought a motorcycle from an ex-athlete and he admitted to buying the bike from a booster for next to nothing. The players can easily avoid trouble.

I think their lawyers made that quite clear in the letter:

LINK

It's a risk and an unnecessary risk at that. That's what the letter basically says.

You thought my question regarding information on other memorabilia dealers who have been disassociated from a school and directly instructed not to obtain autographs and game worn memorabilia from current players was an attempt at humor?

I don't know. This still has the appearance of deflection to me.

its a very legit question, is it not?

And Id like to see other brokers with as much game worn autographed apparel from current athletes.

Ive seen schools sell game worn stuff(not autographed) which is their right since they own it. Ive seen individual sales of game worn stuff, that people obtained via being in the right time, right location. But you cant help but see thats not how he obtained these items

He based the entire launch of his website on this story. He was attempting to build his credibility on breaking the news that hastened Bama's demise, even though he was ripping most of the relevant info off of Sports By Brooks. He's just trying to see it through.

If that is true, then how does this guy continue to get sideline access, access to the athletic facilities, locker rooms with players, etc?

Please post actual proof of these allegations. Actual hard evidence that Prooves he has done all of that, AFTER his disassociation.
