So do I. I've always thought he belongs in the HOF. His all-purpose yards are great.

Also, if he played his first few years in the NFL vs the USFL, it's a no-brainer.

Walkers problem is, in the NFL he did alot of things well but didn't anything consistently great. 12 years in the NFL is a very solid career and because of the longevity he put up great numbers. But he was a journeyman RB, with 2 1,000 yard seasons with 1 really extraordinary year as a running back. At the end of his career he caught a second wind and had 1 outstanding year as a return man.

He just never was able to replicate his College or USFL numbers in the NFL. That's why he is not in the HOF.

It's not a good look to be basically begging for it, but he has a point.

Walker absolutely should be in Canton.
