St. Louis has a big airport and it is easy to get there. Unless you are flying out of Memphis. Only packages and envelopes can get anywhere from Memphis.

It’s close to Louisville which is a hotbed for SEC basketball fans...
Hahaha, Louisville home of the ACC Louisville Cardinals. Hotbed for Louisville and Kentucky Basketball fans maybe.
Louisville to Nashville= 170 miles
Louisville to St.Louis= 260 miles
Bye.

Uh the airport sucks

Atlanta is the best. Nashville was the worst. Thankfully St. Louis took that title.

The best. Yeah you're probably right.

I didn't think LSU had a snowballs chance in Hell to win the SEC Tourney until I saw the distance from Baton Rouge to St. Louis is 666 Miles.

The rotation needs to go New Orleans, Nashville, Memphis, and then every four years give it to some other city like Birmingham, Atlanta, Houston or Orlando

I would vote Atlanta into the rotation, but I agree with this idea

Not until we move the office there. And there is absolutely no reason why the SEC office is still in Birmingham. Zero.
It will stay where it is because we say it will stay. Plus the trolling opportunities that location provides after certain games is one of the driving forces of tSECR/TD.

Tampa Florida where there are beaches, hot women and warm weather.

Look how far it is for LSU

I think Memphis is the perfect place for it tbh.
While Memphis has its bad points, and I live across the river from it so I know it does... it is a central town for the SEC and has not only a basketball crazy population but is a city made up of a few different fan bases.
I'm not saying make Memphis the default town to hold the SEC tourney it. But it should be in a three year rotation. Maybe four if we go with New Orleans, which is a great sports town.

I'm glad there aren't any little female Smokey's whining in this thread. :(

Or maybe because the crowds will look like this all week.

The SEC tournament in St. Louis is the equivalent of the Big 12 holding theirs in Des Moines

@RadioWyatt
At Mississippi State’s team hotel in St. Louis, they don’t get the SEC Network.
Can’t watch the tournament they’re playing in, in the host city.
