The goal is to win as long as it is done within the rules of the game so be it.. The defense has to do the job... Not sure how you could say AU is use this scheme to make up for talent deficiency. They are a talented team. Trust me I'm no big fan of AU but to say they are less talented then Bama is wrong. To win you have to stop what ever the other team throws at you.

12 men on the field is just as much cheating as offensive holding, according to the rulebook.

Dude. Every team is less talented than Bama. Saban had the #1 recruiting class the last 4 years in a row. You can't beat that. You can't even be even with it. The last 4 years Auburn ranked #7, #10, #8 and #9 according to Rivals.com. Bama has a clear edge in talent.

Meh. Offensive philosophies go through phases, and this is just one of them. As HUNH offenses have success, more teams will move towards implementing them. The more teams that implement them, the more time DCs will spend scheming against them and the more head coaches will recruit defensive players to stop them. The more all of this happens, the less effective they will become.
Chip Kelly and Gus Malzahn-type offenses will not be popular forever.

the HUNH is not cheating. just because defenses are having trouble defending it does not make it cheating. and please spare me a remark about auburn having 12 men on the field one play on 1st and 10 in the 3rd quarter last week.

there isn't much of a difference in 1-10 in recruiting rankings. but, from the sound of your post, you make it seem like, since alabama has soooo much more talent, the only way to beat them is by cheating.

We don't lose very often. 3 NC's in last 5 years. That's as good as it gets. Unlike AU's 2010 NC and 0-8 in SEC 2012. You guys are all over the map. Bama chugs along at the very top. Year in and year out.

Nah, you can get lucky and win. The ball is oblong and bounces funny so anything can happen.
