At 22 years old I bet the guy plays in the NFL again. Our justice system is soft as hell right now.
if he’s not already that piece of shite needs to be permanent banned from the NFL and I hope that girl’s family sues his sorry fricked up arse for every dime he has and will ever earn.

He'll never play in the NFL again.. but, that's not what is pressing on his mind at this time. Nor, should it be!

you take someone's life in an act such as drinking and driving then you deserve to spend a good portion of your life in prison... Had he only injured himself by running headfirst into a telephone pole then IMO he should probably get off with a HEFTY fine, community service, and lengthy probation..

Intent in both are the same, the outcome is vastly different but mostly due to luck. I think the criminal punishments should be somewhat similar. Obviously, the civil suit outcomes will widely vary. I don't know what the proper punishment is though

Nah just put him in jail for the rest of his life. He was immature at Bama and always was.
How do you know he was immature at Bama? From all reports he was a model teammate, he never had any scandal behind his name coming into the draft. If you don't like the kid for what he did cool but don't make shite up to fit your narrative that's what wrong in society now.
