First I know Kiffin is polarizing and has burned bridges pretty much everywhere he has been but I don’t understand the threats and hate. Yeah he left you guys high and dry and tried to poach players and what not but if Golding is really that much better why all of the threats and hate? I know BK leaving for LSU is a little different but if he came back to SB coaching Michigan or USC he would get heckled but that’s pretty much it. Just saying make it make sense. It’s a college football game. With that I am looking forward to watching it

There's no threats and Kiffin is going to be perfectly safe. The media is just playing it up. It's a big game and will be rowdy but we've had plenty of rowdy games.
I don't know anyone that thinks that "Golding is really that much better." He has to prove this on the football field.

ole piss fans are just really salty because Lane left them while they were walking into the CFP.
Most would probably argue that he shouldn't have left, but Lane even said... "I could have stayed in Oxford and gone 7-5 every year, and nobody would care.. but I do." He wanted to go to a place they will literally fund winning.
They are also just mad that he brought them their greatest success and yet. left them for the better program.

Regardless, I think it's pretty clear that there has been a precedent.
Everything is copasetic at the moment, but mentally replace those Tennessee fans with post-Saban LSU fans, and re-imagine that whole scene.
There would probably be fires in the stadium.

The media decided to peg him in a certain way and they have run with it for months now. It’s amazing how powerful that can be to sway anyone and everyone’s opinions even though there’s really nothing he has truly done wrong. He went and got another job just like lots of other coaches did last year, he followed all rules when it came to the players and is not playing any ineligible players currently. Guess everybody’s just mad at him because he hurt their feelings.

Ask yourself how many times fans show up to the airport to scream and yell and cuss out their former coach for getting a better job. These same jaded psychos were literally begging him to stay days before this.
These ole miss people are not wrapped tight.

WGAF what other fans think,LK is taking the field with LSU Saturday and the TIGERS will be well prepared.All of the hatred vitriol won’t make a difference after the ball is snapped.It will be LSUs Defense against OMs great QB and RB ,which ever team the executes will win.Emotion only goes so far and the fans ain’t playing.Lets get it on and have a great game!!!

do they stir up unfounded racist remarks in national publications. that they later have to apologize for. Do they call rival coaches at Louisville to help them game plan?
do they leave prior to a College Football title run.

do they contact players on your roster after the portal has closed to get them in the portal..
