Honestly think this is a very real scenario unless Jimbo intervenes. Mond will get his draft grade (which as we all know will be dogshit terrible) and he'll want to play another season. If Jimbo doesn't step in and tell him he's moving on with a different QB then we get a 5th year of that deer in the headlights face running our offense.
I've not been a Mond fan since Jimbo's first year. For all we know the dude is a world beater in practice but he just doesn't have it when it counts, except that one time against LSU.. and almost that one time against Clemson.
Short answer: Please, God, No.

Sidewalk, I think this is what the transfer window is for. His draft grade will suck, and he should know that he will never be able to improve it against SEC defenses. If he were wise, he transfer to a Mountain West, AAC type of school if he plays another year.
