No but it's seems like Louisiana is the trailer park Capitol of the World. I lived in 4 different states and Louisiana has the most that I have seen.

The ambiguous age is probably due in part to genetics giving her a lack of secondary sex characteristics and in part due to fair skin not aging well when time is spent in the sun.
That aside, she's a strange cat. A little bit trashy, a little bit quirky. She doesn't seem all that methed out.
