He put some throws into really tight windows. The TD against Averett, and the ball that got them down to the 1-yard line were particularly impressive.

That int was beautifully thrown as well. Impressed.

He is good, only reason they will have a 8 win season imo

He's tough and a definition gamer. It can be a double edged sword though, the fumble for TD is a perfect example. He refused to give up on the play and made a bonehead decision. That's said, I'll take an occasional play like that and never get too mad my QB is just doing his absolute damnedest to make shite happen.

I just wish they'd line him up under center and run on those short yardage plays like the miraculously goal line RECstand yesterday. He's a tough son of a bitch, give him a shot.

Chad Kelly is a great QB and he is everything to that Ole Miss team. He is the best Ole Miss qb Alabama has faced since Archie. Eli was very good, but he faced Alabama while they wandered through the wilderness and was shut down against the one decent Bama team he faced. Archie and Kelly had success against great Alabama teams. Hats off.

If I were Bama I'd love him too. Makes some great plays but turns the ball over in the 2nd half.

Never said I love him. Actually, I said that I'm happy that Bama never has to see him again.

Based upon what I am hearing you may wish he was back next year.

I love the way Kelly plays. Sure he makes some mistakes, but they are all him trying to make a play. And, quite frankly, you have to accept that with their total lack of running game.

Guy competes his arse off.

This guy is a player. He was throwing dimes out there against perfect coverage, and picked apart our D. Most impressive was how many brutal hits he took, and just got right back every time. He's one tough son of a bitch, and he is fun to watch. Relieved that we never have to play him again.

Without a doubt the best QB in the nation (that I have seen). I kept thinking after each hit that there would be no way he is getting up...and then there he was like nothing happened. He will rep OM well in the NFL for many years.

Great game Rebels! Easily could have been 3 in a row. Best of luck rest of the season!

Same to you buddy. Got to love how your boys didn't lay down and came storming back. Awesome game all around.

If he wants to be the All SEC quarterback he needs to protect the ball better, make that a whole lot better and I am not talking about interceptions only.

He was playing Bama you know. No one else has the DL talent to expose him like that.

Chad Kelly has always been a spoiled, entitled douchebag. Born with a silver spoon and acted like it. He's very easy to hate.

But he's a helluva QB. He's worked hard to redeem himself, and to get a chance to get into the NFL. He made very difficult throws look easy. Throw some bombs on a dime. And still had very good athleticism. He's earned my respect for certain.

He may still be the douchebag Machine Gun Kelly that we know, but he's become an elite QB that will get an NFL paycheck.

I'll counter that with Jalen Hurts. I felt like he was the X Factor on Saturday and he was poised and didn't hardly make any mistakes. He also took some shots and was hit really hard on the fumble. He's a player and you all also have a good one. Bad news is that we have to face him at least 2 more times, maybe 3. Great game Saturday!

Yep. If you don't love the way that kid play then you don't love sports.
