Has this board realized LSU won't be punished?

Even when the Bama grad grants the stay, LSU will simply no longer play the players.
The games won't be forfeited, because they were legally allowed to play at that time.
Please tell me you all realize this.

Yeah that will be decided in court. SEC will punish and LSU will sue. Then it will get appealed. And the first 6 games of 28 Lane will be suspended and LSU will be fined 100M.

For what? Under protection of the TRO while it's in place and from consequences after if goes away for actions done while it's in place.
Chambliss won a TRO and everyone moved on. If SEC didn't file a lawsuit against Kiffin and LSU yesterday, this would be the same situation.

I can only speak for myself as an Auburn fan.
Personally, I don’t want LSU punished.
I certainly don’t want LSU expelled from the conference, which people need to understand is actually on the table right now.
And I don’t want guys who’ve declared for the draft and even taken part in offseason NFL camps to come back to play college football.
What I do want is both the SEC and LSU step back from the ledge and everything goes back to how it use to be. But I’m not that sure they will at this point. And as a fan of both Auburn and the SEC as I’ve known them for the past 50+ years, that breaks my heart.

No, I think it can be overturned for sure. But while it's in place, it's a real thing and provides protections for specified actions occurring while in it's in place on a go-forward basis. If it gets overturned, we'll have to remove the players from the roster.
ETA:
Is the NCAA going to retroactively forfeit all of Ole Miss' games this year once that TRO for Chambliss is overturned?

It alleges that, yes.
It's not about eligibility, it's about LSU encouraging this, which the SEC is claiming violates it's first amendment rights.
Even unbiased lawyers have opined that it doesn't have a great foundation. It's just the SEC throwing a punch.
