No one has a threepeat.
It's hard as hell to get back to back, and if you're thinking Young getting the repeat keep in mind that's only happened once before.
Temper those expectations.

Every fanbase does this when they win all the time. It’s just common for Bama now.
It's the same thing as when people claim that these announcers are just slobbering all over Bama.
Trust me, I've heard their glee when Alabama loses as well. The fact is, they're cheering on great plays - and Alabama has had more of them than anyone else as of late. So it will definitely sound like they're in love with Alabama.

I doubt he would have ever started at Ohio State, at least not for the next 2 years, so how is he going to beat out Bryce Young.

The OP's question involved one school having a winner 3 years in a row. Most of the ridiculing responses reference 2 years in a row.
Lack of reading comprehension?
Anyway, I think Bryce will be the favorite for it going into 2022, but it's very difficult, obviously, to win it twice. Voters also would latch on to any viable alternative since the tendency will generally be to vote for someone new if their resumes are even close.

you mean the guy that wasn't good enough to start ahead of the other freshman (that Young bested for the Heisman) at Ohio State?

Lucky him... down year.
Joe burrow laughs out loud, or prob shakes his head.

It's a dumbass thread for multiple reasons, but the failure of many to read and comprehend the full title before jumping to research and post or simply comment on "back to back" wins is equally dumb; well, maybe not equally but still.

Yea Bama has encountered a couple non eventful Heisman winners. Top team best player = Heisman. At some point this is the new way to handout Heismans. So dumb. Bryce Young did not look like a Heisman all year. They could have played any of their QBs and had the same record.

AUX3, I am not sure that you watched much of Bryce’s play at Alabama this year. At least three other guys played some at quarterback this year, and if you had watched them at all, you would know that they were not ready for prime time. I would say that Bama could have easily lost to LSU, ArK, and Auburn without Bryce. All other things being equal, Bryce was the difference between this team being 12-1 vs 8-4 because I don’t think that this team gets to the SEC championship game without him.
I also disagree with your statement that he didn’t look like a heisman all year. In addition to you missing a lot of his performances throughout the year, you must have totally blacked out during the SEC championship game this year. He was absolutely fantastic, and for the year he had something like 43 touchdowns and 4 picks. I will leave you with the stats for what appears to be a mediocre heisman campaign below. By all accounts, Pat Sullivan was a most outstanding person, but here is how the Heisman trust describes his heisman year in toto: “... But 1971 was to be Sullivan’s greatest year. The Tigers started out 9-0, cementing his claim to the Heisman with 248 yards and four touchdowns against Georgia. He threw for 2,012 yards and 20 touchdowns, edging out Cornell running back Ed Marinaro to capture the trophy named for Auburn’s former football coach. He was once again honored as SEC Player of the Year and was All-SEC athletically and academically for the second straight year.”
