I say yes with LSU'S 3 national titles since 2003.
Not sure Georgia and Florida are not equal or past Tennessee. They both have winning records vs Tennessee.

My top 6
Alabama
LSU
Florida they lead TN 30-20
Tennessee
Georgia
Auburn

Tennessee thinks they are an elite program but have 1 title since they early 50's.

Nah, LSU still ranking behind in tradition behind those Texas powerhouses: Texas A&M, Rice, SMU, TCU, Prairie View, North Texas State and now even the school in San Antonio, whatever it is called -- named after a Jesus or Mary or one of those statues I see in church

Who thinks Tennessee is elite outside of being an elite dumpster fire?

And the aforementioned past thing...........

passed not past

And it’s very close but I think so:

Tennessee still has more wins than LSU (857-817), but only 1 more SEC title, and only 1 more consensus All American (40-39)

both schools have 24 top 10 finishes

LSU has:
More poll era National Titles
more weeks in the AP top 25
more weeks as the AP number 1
more Heisman winners
more overall national award winners
more first round picks
more overall NFL draft picks.

Tennessee has more national titles than LSU, both claimed and unclaimed.

In twenty years, when LSU has regressed (let's be clear, 2003 to 2019 was an anomaly) and Tennessee is back in business, this thread will look even sillier than it does now.

I would say that TN is the very last of the Big 6. Auburn has passed them. If UGA wins it all, they will as well. You could argue they already have.

Definitely. 3 BCS/CFP titles trumps an extra SEC title.
