If you like to fly fish for trout try the White River around Mountain Home. They have a hatchery right below the dam and put in trout on the regular.
Harry can tell you all about it.

I ate at the Pea Ridge Cafe a year ago. Didn't know they'd shut down. Nice folks in there.

Yep, Glasgows dude probably made a killing on that property sale

and Herman, you can buy your mama a big jar of sorghum and molasses, what she hadn't seen in years, at a roadside getup in Yellville when you're passing through

Is Yellville where the DJ threw the frozen turkeys out the airplane and bombed the town on a thanksgiving?

even Thecaw would support the construction of a $500 million dollar stadium kitchen ONLY IF Harry was running it!

Pea Ridge has a population at 7,000 and they lack good places to eat.

McDonalds is awful

Taco Bell is awful

Subway is awful.

Dominos is hit and miss.

Wendys is bad to decent.

Sonic is mediocre.

Pizza Hut is terrible and they took out the salad bar.

Rainbow House has good chinese food.

Simple Simon's Pizza I strongly recommend.

Super Donuts is really good.

Two mexican places are decent and generic.

That is it and if you want some good truck food then the Catfish Shack in Garfield is good.

I grew up in Mtn Home. In fact, one of my cousins is married to a guy who runs a guide service. Apparently, his outfit is top notch as he's had guys like Bill Dance hire him as guide there and taped some shows.

Hit up Daisy Queen in Marshall on the way, then get in the Buffalo at the bridge and float on down to Rush.
